I have arranged for the deposit of the balance of your invoice (INV-7664) for works at 9 Boardwalk Blvd, Mt Coolum to be paid to your account today ($1820).

I would like to take this opportunity to express our total satisfaction with the work carried out. A high quality job undertaken by obviously very competent and courteous tradesmen.

I have sent photos of the finished product to our son, Adam and he is equally positive about the result.

One small point – we requested a minor alteration to the screens installed on the side deck…the conversion of the one 1200mm door to two, one of 800mm and one of 400mm. I understood that this was to incur a small increase in total price but this is not reflected in your final invoice. Is this an oversight or was no price increase ultimately necessary?
